Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We typically process orders within 24-72 hours. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been shipped out along with a tracking number. We generally use USPS (United States Postal Service) as the main carrier. Once your order has been shipped out, depending on the shipping method and if you live in the U.S or Puerto Rico, please allow 3 to 7 days to receive your order. Some items may take longer to arrive.
We do not held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mishandled packages and for delay in shipping caused by United States Postal Services. Any claim must be filed directly with USPS.
Please be advised that due to Holiday season, shipments may take longer than usual.
PICKUP ORDERS
Customers who place pickup orders have up to fourteen (14) business days to collect their order. If the order is not picked up within this period, it will be mailed to the address on record, and an additional shipping fee of $2.50 will apply.
RETURNS
Only clothing, that is regular-priced, apply for returns & exchanges. All other categories such as: One size, fashion accessories, sunglasses, home & lifestyle items and others do not apply for returns. Clothing bought during Sales events and that receive discount, do not qualify for returns.

Clothing:
If you wish to return a piece of clothing, we only accept returns for regular-priced items (not on sale), in perfect conditions, unused, unworn and with their corresponding tags. However, we do not offer refunds. Only a store credit via an electronic gift card will be granted.
Please note, One-Size styles do not apply for return. One Size styles are final sale. White styles, Items with sequins, rhinestones, pearls; Holiday styles or items belonging to the Holiday Collection) are also final sale.
Returns are only allowed within five (5) days within the delivery date, according to the tracking information provided by the carrier. Exchanges or store credit will not be allowed after five (5) days of delivery date.
For returns, please e-mail us to: info@prinket.com **prior** to returning your item(s) to coordinate the returning of your item. We will not be responsible for shipping expenses. If you wish to return your item and make an exchange for another item(s), the customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. As soon as your item ships out, please send an email notifying the shipment along with the tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will proceed to issue a gift card for the store credit valid for a period of thirty (30) days. The gift card will include the total amount of your purchase less the shipping expenses incurred by us to send you the order. The electronic gift card will be sent to your e-mail address in our records.
Once the customer has used the store credit / gift card, the item(s) purchased with the store credit are final sale. These items are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Therefore, no more than one return per order.
IMPORTANT! Holiday Collection:
All styles of our seasonal or Holiday Collection are final sale. This includes all styles with sequins or styles that fall under the Holiday collection. No exceptions will be made.
