How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Prinket.com is very easy. Simply select the products of your choice and complete the checkout process. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.
If you need assistance placing your order, you may e-mail us your order and order details (first & last name, phone number, e-mail and mailing address, item description and quantity) at email@example.com or via text / WhatsApp message at 787.475.3166 and we will help you placing your order!
How much does it take to ship an order?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Where is your company based?
Prinket is a company based in Puerto Rico. We ship to Puerto Rico, to the USA and internationally.
Does your store has any locations?
Yes, Prinket has one point of sales: a kiosk at Plaza Carolina Simon shopping mall, located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Our kiosk is conveniently located at the central atrium, 1st floor. We invite you to stop by and visit us!
I’m a local client, can I pick up my order at your location?
Yes, if you would like to place an order but would like to pick it up rather than having it shipped to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 787.475.3166 so we can coordinate the arrangements.
Do you offer physical delivery? How does it work?
Yes, we do offer physical delivery of orders with certain restrictions. We do physical delivery of orders at no extra cost, at specific pre-selected delivery locations at Metro Area. We do require a minimum order of $25.00 in order to provide this service at no extra cost. Please contact us for more information at email@example.com or 787.475.3166.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns only for products that have not been opened and have their original packaging. Returns are only allowed within five (5) days counting since the day your order was shipped. For returns, please e-mail us to: firstname.lastname@example.org **prior** to returning your item(s) to coordinate the returning of your item & refund. Your refund will be processed once the item(s) has(have) been received on our end. We do not refund shipping expenses. We do not cover return shipping expenses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For customers in Puerto Rico, we also accept ATH Móvil.
